Research

Our research mainly focuses on motion and action intelligences for robot applications such as navigation and manipulation.

1. Motion Intelligence, which are essential to recognize surroudings in dynamic environment and generate intelligent robot motion for navigation and manipulation, and

2. Action Intelligence, which makes decisions and generates actions autonomously to complete tasks efficiently by adapting to changing situation based on multi-modal inputs such as vision and langauage.

3. Robot Applications, which applies advanced motion and action intelligences for navigation and manipulation to various robot platforms.

Recruitment

We are always looking for motivated graduate and undergraduate students to join our MoAI Lab.  If you are interested in any of the above research topics, or are considering graduate studies in our lab, we highly recommend participating in a research internship beforehand. Students interested in the MoAI Lab are kindly asked to complete a pre-interview form and send it via email to kina@seoultech.ac.kr for smooth career and academic counseling.
